SDK LICENSE TERMS

Evaluation and commercial use.

SavyScan SDK is proprietary software licensed under a commercial agreement. Public package availability does not make the SDK open source or grant permission to use it.

Free trials

A SavyScan trial is provided only for internal evaluation, proof-of-concept integration, and compatibility testing. Trial keys are limited to registered applications and domains, may not be resold, transferred, or used in production, and ordinarily expire after 30 days.

Commercial licenses

Production use requires a valid commercial license and is limited to the applications, domains, environments, term, and scope identified in the applicable order or written agreement. A licensed customer may bundle the SDK only as an inseparable component of its authorized application.

Your responsibilities

You must protect license keys, must not bypass license validation, and remain responsible for your application, users, notices, consents, security, uploads, email delivery, storage, retention, and legal compliance.

The complete SavyScan SDK Commercial License Agreement governs use of the SDK. Any customer-specific order controls where it expressly differs from the standard agreement.
